Consulting
The professionals at PCS begin with dialogue to understand your needs and budget parameters — whether it’s a master control/broadcast operations center, or a post production facility, our engineers and technical staff can help you develop a recommendation that is sophisticated, but economical.
Design
The PCS engineering team, armed with an approved "Scope of Work," will enter the design and engineering phase of a job. Our talented professionals develop flow and wiring diagrams and a detailed equipment layout. During the design phase, we’ll produce Vid-CAD diagrams and custom drawings, so you’ll have a project blueprint as well as a comprehensive cost analysis of the project.
Integration
We can provide all system integration services derived from our final engineering drawings, and do much of the system pre-assembly and staging at our integration facilities in Tampa. Offsite integration consists of rack mounting the equipment, wiring audio and video patch panels, fabricating wiring harnesses and running interconnecting cables, based on the final engineering drawings. Finished racks are shipped to a client site and installed by our technicians as specified in the client-approved timeline. All of this enables PCS to ensure that everything is working properly and that there are no problems or surprises.
Equipment Procurement
The professionals at Professional Communications Systems can purchase equipment and materials for a complete integration project or provide you with supplemental technology, including cameras, plasma screens and more. We can tap any one of over 250 manufacturers to get you what you need, when you need it.
Training
Your new state-of-the-art system is only effective if the end-user understands the intricacies of the technology itself. That’s why PCS provides training and end-user documentation, including a system manual with diagrams, so you and your colleagues can get the most from your investment.
Support
